Picking System – Simply Complete

Order oriented production? Increasing component variance? ncrease productivity times of your staff with system supported sorting solutions like for Ligna 2015 of L’ENGINEERS developed system supported picking system. Each order component is assigned to a fix storage location. The operator puts the components in the system, confirms while inserting by key pressing the storage location and an explicit reference between component and storage location is defined.

During the complete time tracing of the order contents is guaranteed and ensured that orders will only be released for removal from system when completeness of all components is ensured.

By starting with removal of order from system the operator gets visual support about the storage location of the components (Pick- To- Light). Time extensive search will be dispensed, error frequency will also be minimized as well as standby time due to faulty and missing components in next processes. Accordingly productivity of your staff and processes will increase.
