Interims management

Regardless of whether you need to temporarily fill a project-related management position due to a change in the company or whether you have to overcome bottlenecks due to personnel changes. The employees of L’ENGINEERS all have many years of management experience either in the wood processing industry or the supply industry and bring a wealth of knowledge to the table, particularly in change management, so that the change and the associated start-up curves can be managed efficiently.

Product configuration / construction

Product variance is becoming increasingly difficult to manage in companies. The number of parts lists and work plans is becoming confusing. Product configuration provides a remedy. The products are mapped in graphical order entry systems based on rules.

Cost accounting / calculation

Standard costing is a well-known method of tracking costs within the company. Based on this, key figures are formed which are regularly reviewed in order to recognize deviations at an early stage and to be able to initiate appropriate corrective measures. Costing is an important basis for cost-covering, future-oriented product and range design.

Planning / Designing production processes

The selection of suitable production equipment is not the only important factor for your future success. With increasing networking of processes, the degree of necessity to have these optimally coordinated increases. Success is only guaranteed if the resources are aligned in accordance with your value-added share and the use of funds. We are happy to support you in the planning, design and implementation of these processes.

Corporate organization

More complex products, increasing variety and shorter lead times. Seemingly contradictory views. Not necessarily. The organizational structure and process organization in order processing, starting from the point of sale, must be adapted flexibly and tightly to the increasing requirements.

Product variation

Increasing product variance is the source of most change processes in companies today. Increasing variance can only be implemented productively and profitably in the company if all the determinants in the company interlock like the cogwheels shown. Only those who adapt their company and their products to the requirements of the market will be able to operate successfully on the market in the future.

Seemingly perfectly coordinated management decisions are made regarding the future direction of the company’s own development and yet the plans fail to be implemented due to a lack of involvement and support from the employees concerned. Such or similar experiences are part of the daily routine during project implementation in many companies. Experiences that not only cost time and money during implementation, but often continue to have an impact for years to come. EDP integration / data generation

Product diversity and variance know no bounds and are constantly increasing. The increasing diversity and networking can only be achieved through the use of an efficient IT infrastructure that is tailored to requirements. Careful decisions must be made in the architecture of the systems as to which tasks are located in which systems. Efficient and productive service provision despite increasing individualization is only conceivable if the building blocks such as order entry, ERP and MES interlock in a coordinated manner.
